Grand Opening

Today was the official grand opening of the new shed at Eastoke Corner. The sun was shining which ensured for a beautiful and well attended day.
The Mayor of Havant attended today to watch a lifeboat demonstration,
to ride on the Hayling Island train in a specially named carriage
and to cut the ribbon.
The railway have a steam train on loan called 'Wendy' and this train was running all day much to the delight of the passengers.
