Today I am visiting to see the progression on the shed and preparation work being done to prepare the Funland end of the railway. When the new shed is ready then this end will just be a platform for passengers to climb aboard or alight.
The new shed now has walls and the side where the trains will go into the shed is ready to have wood mounted in the frame to create doors.
Each time I visit the railway I seem to meet new volunteers.
It's lovely to see so many all of different ages.
